Share The Vision Help Blog

Mon, 20 Jul 2015

Share The Vision has enlisted the help of Helen Leech from Surrey Library Service and member of the Society of Chief Librarians Digital Offer group to develop a simple blog with advice and tips on how to make your library's computers more accessible at no cost. The new blog is now live and you can find it at http://stvhelp.wordpress.com/

It contains helpful hints on the accessibility features of a number of different platforms and browsers as well as information on screen readers and how to use them, and general tips on how to make your library accessible for managers.

This new resource will be a place for us all to share our tips and updates and Helen is keen that anyone should be able to share their ideas and experiences as part of the site.

If you've got any comments or would like to help to develop this resource, contact Helen Leech at virtuallibrary@surreycc.gov.uk.
