  • Esi Edugyan - Half Blood Blues (Serpent's Tail)
  • Stephen Kelman - Pigeon English (Bloomsbury)
  • A.D. Miller - Snowdrops (Atlantic)

Also, thanks to the support of the Booker Prize Foundation and the Man Group plc Charitable Trust, RNIB is producing accessible versions of the Booker shortlist in braille, giant print and as Talking Books. All accessible versions of the books will be available in October 2011, both from the RNIB online shop and the National Library Service.

The Prize winner will be announced on 18 October at a ceremony at London's Guildhall.
